airport. This
is also known
as Sam Houston
Parkway. This
is a TOLL ROAD
so make sure you

2.50 each way.
Turn Right onto
the beltway towards
Austin. Stay on
the beltway till
you come to JCT
10 west San Antonio.
Follow directions
below to farm
Take
I-10 West towards
San Antonio. approximately
30 miles. Take
Sealy exit (720)
for Bellville/Highway
36. Turn left
onto 36 towards
Sealy.
Go
approximately
3-4 lights Stay
in left lane.
You will take
the first left
after the rail
road tracks which
is FM 1094 (opposite
corner from Azalea
Manor nursing
home.) Sign will
say towards New
Ulm. New Ulm is
approximately
27 miles. 1094
dead-ends into
Junction 109 in
New Ulm. Turn
Right.**** You
will go 1 mile
. On the right
side of FM109
is Shunka Rd.
Turn right. This
is a gravel road.
You will go approximately
3.5 miles. On
the right are
mobile homes.
Redbird Road is
just past that
on the left. Turn
onto Redbird,
go all the way
down and then
make the sharp
right turn. You
will come to 3
board black fencing
and stone pillar
entrance.
Follow
lane up and to
the left to the
office, which
has a white picket
fence around it.

in New Ulm, turn
LEFT. Appox. 3-4
miles you will
see the signs
for THE FALLS.
Turn left onto
Piper-League Road
to The Falls approx
2 miles and follow
signs to Clubhouse.

Austin........Hwy.
71 east toward
Houston, through
Bastrop and La
Grange to Ellinger.
In Ellinger, turn
left on FM 2503,
drive approximately
6 miles. Turn
right on FM 1291
to Frelsburg and
JCT 109. At the
4 way stop go
straight through
Frelsburg, towards
New Ulm. (If you
were to turn right
at this stop sign
onto 109 it would
take you to Columbus.)
Go through New
Ulm and as you
pass the cemetery
on the left, Shunka
Road will be on
your right. Take
Shunka 3.5 miles
to Red Bird Road.
(Mobile homes
on the right)
Turn onto Redbird
and follow it
all the way down
and around the
corner. You will
come to 3 board
fencing. Take
the second entrance
and up the lane
to the valet...
From
Dallas-Fort
Worth Area
Take I-35 south
to Waco. take
the Highwy 6 exit.
At the light turn
left under 35
and follow signs
towards Bryan/College
Station.. you
will go to Hearne.
You will come
to JCT 79/190
take this towards
Milano. You will
then go to JCT
36 (towards Caldwell.
This eventually
takes you to Somerville
and to Brenham.)
36 actually becomes
part of 290 around
Brenham. Take
this around to
the 36 Bellville
exit. At this
exit, there will
be a Schlotsky's
deli and Super
Wal-Mart in front
of you. Turn right
onto 36 and go
to the next light.
This will be JCT
FM 109. (Chevron
on the corner)
Take this towards
Industry. You
will come to a
four way flashing
light in Industry
(Bank on left).
Go through this
light towards
New Ulm. Approx.
4 miles as you
go down a slight
hill and curve
to the right,
you will come
to Shunka Rd.
Turn left onto
Shunka.. (If you
pass a cemetery
on the right you've
gone 200ft to
far.)
Take Shunka approx
3.5 miles to Redbird
Rd. (mobile homes
on right) Turn
left onto Redbird,
follow down and
around the corner
to 3 board black
fencing, the second
entrance(white
mailbox 7716)
will have a sign
that says keep
gate closed. Come
through that gate
up to the office
that has the white
picket fence.

Airport
Turn left out
of the airport
onto Airport Road
to Telephone Road.
Turn left onto
Telephone to Beltway
8 (also known
as Sam Houston
Tollway) (make
sure you have
change..toll is
1.25 per booth
and there are
three)
Turn right onto
the Beltway 8.
Follow Beltway
to JCT I-10 west
towards San Antonio.
Take I-10 to exit
720 which is the
Hwy 36 Sealy Bellville
exit.
Turn left onto
36. Go through
4 traffic lights
and take the first
left over the
Railroad Tracks.
This is JCT FM
1094.
Take 1094 all
the way to New
Ulm. FM 1094 will
dead-end into
FM 109. Turn right
onto 109 and go
1 mile to Shunka
Road.
Turn Right onto Shunka Road
and follow approximately
3.5 miles to Redbird Road.
Turn left onto Redbird and
follow down and around the
corner till you come to
the 3 board fencing.
